1. Pilot Scope
The standard pilot includes setup on one front desk PC for one property, phone QR capture, AI-assisted extraction, clerk review, local guest log, and a PMS push workflow where supported.
2. Pilot Length
The standard pilot period is 30 days unless a different period is agreed in writing.
3. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide access to the front desk PC and local network needed for setup.
- Identify the PMS workflow and field order to be tested.
- Ensure staff review guest details before saving or pushing records.
- Use test IDs before live guest use where appropriate.
- Follow the property's own privacy and retention policies.
4. Veera ID Responsibilities
- Provide reasonable setup support for the pilot workflow.
- Help test phone capture, verification, and PMS push behavior.
- Respond to pilot support issues during the pilot period.
- Recommend whether the property is ready for paid rollout.
5. After the Pilot
If the property continues using Veera ID after the pilot, the standard plan is $149 per month per property unless another price is agreed in writing.
6. Data at the End of the Pilot
Customer guest logs and ID images remain under the customer's control on the property computer. The customer may choose to keep, export, or delete local data according to its policies.
